The data show areas treated to reduce wildfire fuels mechanically, chemically, or by fire use. Fuels reduction grants were allocated after ODF District personnel site visits and extensive consultation with qualifying homeowners and landowners within ODF Districts in the state of Oregon. Grants are from various sources such as the US Forest Service (via National Fire Plan and Cohesive Strategy, etc.), Western States Fire Managers, and other sources.<\/SPAN><\/P>

This dataset was created based on existing ODF data and with reference to current National Wildfire Coordinating Group (NWCG) and Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Fuels Treatment data standards and geodatabase schemas.<\/SPAN><\/P>
